Membership Rules
1. Application for membership is to any current
resident, property owner, or business operator in the State of Nevada that supports the specified mission and purpose of NQE.
All applications for membership must include payment for annual dues.
2. The Membership Committee grants membership
after completion and receipt of a membership application and annual dues. NQE reserves the right to deny any applicant for
due cause. Annual dues are twenty-five dollars for a one year membership or two years for forty dollars, payable by check,
cash, money order to NQE or by credit card through Pay Pal. Continued membership is contingent upon being up-to-date on membership
dues.
3. Any member may resign by filing a written
resignation with the Secretary. Resignation shall not relieve a member of unpaid dues, or other charges previously accrued.
A member can have their membership suspended or terminated by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
4. Each voting member is entitled only one (1)
vote. Voting must be done in person. Voting by proxy is not allowed.
